Our client, a global food and beverage producer, is looking to identify new and emerging ingredients and technologies that can help with the particular needs of the growing population, and the specific challenges of healthy aging.

From the moment we are born our needs are ever changing, and a key part of evolving personalised and tailored diets is to understand those changing needs and identify and implement the right solutions along that aging journey. ACP is currently looking to understand the new and emerging solutions to support healthy aging.

Some of the key areas that are of interest include, but are not limited to

  • Nutrition for an active lifestyle
  • Joint Health.
  • Mental acuity.
  • Gender health .
  • Accessible packaging.
  • Personalised nutrition.
  • Technology within the ‘beauty from within‘, arena encompassing skin, hair, nail and eyes, that could be considered as part of the aging process.

Any ingredient or technology submitted must be:

  • Considered natural or clean label.
  • Approved for use in food and drink applications.

Traditional, emerging and existing ingredients and technologies will all be considered, as will all stages of  technology readiness; from early stage research and development to commercially available solutions.
